Tamara Beheydt is kunsthistorica, freelance kunstschrijver en curator. Ze maakt deel uit van de kernredactie van GLEAN, en publiceert ook frequente bijdragen in andere geschreven media, zoals COLLECT en De Tijd. Ze schrijft ook tentoonstellingsteksten en portfolioteksten voor kunstenaars en treedt regelmatig op als publiek spreker bij panelgesprekken, lezingen of artist talks. Vanuit een interesse en geloof in de waarde van hedendaagse kunst voor mens en samenleving, engageert ze zich om artistieke discours een platform te bieden en een kritisch overzicht te behouden van wat zich in het culturele veld afspeelt.

Tamara Beheydt is an art historian, freelance art-writer, and curator. She is part of the core group of editors of GLEAN, and frequently publishes contributions for other written media such as COLLECT and De Tijd. She also writes exhibition texts or portfolio texts for artists, and occasionally acts as a public speaker during panel conversations, lectures, or artist talks. From an interest for and belief in the value of contemporary art for the human community, she commits to providing a supporting platform to artistic discourses and to maintain a critical overview of developments in the cultural field.
